After 4-5 days of induction after being diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, Elise had a C-section at 37 weeks. Elise taught right up until the week she went to the hospital and is currently finishing her 4th trimester. She tells us about c-section recovery, her breast feeding journey and slowly getting back to training.
