In most conversations around motivation, people will say you have to find something you enjoy or love. I highly disagree because I've lived this through multiple experiences. The books I have read taught me the frameworks I used today. The key is to take it further than just reading, you have to execute on what is learned.

Have you ever been told to slow down or that you are doing too much by your manager? I have and it was very offputting. Organizations always talk about having forward thinkers or entrepreneurial mindset employees...until they actually get one. In this episode, I talk about how to navigate being "too much" with a 3-month plan that can help you enhance your success.

Earlier in my career, I would have said "navigate being too much?!? No!" However, over time I have understood to become successful, you have to tweak the way you operate in some situations to benefit for the long-term. It's not ideal but until things change in corporate, I think the tips delivered in this episode will be helpful.
