Today on the 5: You may have heard that Discord recently had a fairly serious data breach, explained expertly in this YouTube video. One of the conclusions in that video is that whatever party is truly at fault in the breach, discord is ultimately responsible. While I certainly agree about that in spirit, I'm not sure it's actually true from a legal standpoint.
