After attending a Colombian tobacco ceremony and doing Aya I really leaned into the perspective of keeping your heart open. So many times we close ourselves off to the world due to old wounds, and mental recognizance.... We limit our potential and opportunities when we do this! Instead of shutting down; create new boundaries, see red flags sooner than later, and stop living in expectation land.
