Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
"You can't judge a book by its cover" may be one of the truest symbolisms that has been passed down from generation to generation.
The truth is, you don't really know what a book is like until you read it.
📌 But what happens if the title does more repelling than attracting?
📌 You may be the most quality read ever written, but will some people not see it or bother to pick it up because of the section it is labeled in?
📌 Do our external characteristics have just as much to do with someone getting to fully know us internally?
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE the evolutions of the expectancy in friendships, repelling & attracting potential relationships, & the effects of our presentation.

Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
📌 Do you believe settling is a mindset, or is it case-by-case?
📌 Do we "truly" go after what we want in life, or do we set boundaries on what we can attain based on our budgets and limitations?
Now we do acknowledge that different variables create different circumstances, but once your mind is set, you're the only one that can change it.
📌 So why do we teeter over decisions we make that don't align with our core values and mindset?
📌 Have we truly made up our minds, or have we created the idea that our minds are set depending on the variables in front of us?
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE the mindset behind settling, value, & the ability to attain beyond your "boundaries."

Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
Growing up, we've always heard "Real over Fake," and we have taken that mindset with us throughout life, but after this conversation, some of the UN•THERAPISTs may have different opinions.
Now we know what some of ya'll be thinking, and we want to clear up that we are not talking about a person's characteristics, but in this case, we're talking about food & beverages.
Being it's Thanksgiving & there's nothing like a good ol' home-cooked meal full of all of the MVP foods that your family makes, let me ask you this: in the midst of a table full of natural foods, does that artificial stuff hit sometimes?
📌 Is it just me, or does that lemonade hit when it comes out of the Country Time can?
📌 Or that high fructose corn syrup in the Ocean Spray Cran-Grape?
Maybe Grandma's Red Velvet cake has a hint of that Domino's sugar in there. We're trying to give away too much of Big Mama's recipe, but maybe everything isn't as "real" as we think.
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE fake vs. real, preserving family legacy, & the one thing that makes your Thanksgiving complete.

Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
How is it that some people come to the conclusion that they're not enough?
I know we all have our days where we don't always feel 100%, but even in that, what makes you think that you aren't enough?
📌 Is it the conversations we entertain, our surrounding environment, or even flawed belief systems that trick us into believing the opposite of what we were created to be & do?
📌 What can we do as a community to strengthen the "you" inside of you that has the unique purpose & task of being none other than your complete authentic self?
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE Google vs. Yelp, instilling principles in our babies & ways to remind ourselves that you're always enough.

Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
Based on your experiences, does negative mental health contribute to poor choices, or do poor choices contribute to negative mental health?
After Coach & Lady J finished their banter about which country has the best patties, the UN•THERAPIST started to discuss which of the two is more of a contributor to some of the decisions we've made.
Now, truly, there is no right or wrong answer; however...
What if we could improve some elements of our mental health based on some of the decisions we are making?
What if we could improve some of our decisions by adding positive things to our mental health?
What do you believe, though?
How have your decisions contributed to the stress placed on your mental health?
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE which country has the best oxtails, if we can "actually" judge a book by its cover, & which of the two contributing factors lead to our decision-making.

Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
If someone makes a commitment to you, and they don't show up to honor the commitment... do you give them the grace to explain the situation or automatically write them off?
Okay, we know it all depends on the scenario, but is your natural instinct to hear someone out to understand their side of the story, or do you automatically decide that "Word is bond" and no matter, they should have held up their side of the commitment?
Well, the UN•THERAPISTs had a lot of say on this topic.
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE forgiveness, friendships, making commitments, giving people grace + much more.

Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
Think of one thing within the last two weeks that you've taken for granted.
For some, this may be easy, but for others, not so much.
During the session, Coach was being Coach, but he said something deep during his discourse when he stated, "I don't take it for granted that I can go." Although some of us may not want to invest our ears into that part of his life, it hit home because there are a ton of things we can do that are a normal day for us but are a struggle to others.
Just hearing everyone dive deep into their bag of transparency to share what makes them truly happy helps put perspective on how blessed we are to be those who "have."
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE gratefulness, the roots of happiness, & pushing through adversity while in survival mode.
Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
How Do You Let Go Of What You Don't Want To Let Go?!?!?!
This may be tough for some of us because, honestly, we always seem to have the greatest advice on what to do when we are not the subject of the conversation, but truthfully, it's tough to let go of something you could have sworn GOD sent to you.
It really hurts more when you think it's an answered prayer because it's disguised as all the checkboxes you asked GOD for, but it turned out to be what we might consider a "waste of time."
But what if it wasn't? What if it's just a part of a bigger plan? What if this letting go is a conduit for what GOD actually has for you to come find you? Are you ready for what's ready for you?
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE questions from our UN•THERAPIST, dealing with unintentional daters, & creating intentional lifestyles to attract what we want.
