This is the first of a multi-part series chronicling the corruption at the highest level of USCIS from when it was formed in 2003 until now. We learn about this corruption from Michael J. Maxwell, the former Director of the Office of Security and Investigations, or OSI, the internal affairs unit of USCIS. He takes no prisoners, he pulls no punches, his testimony is a scathing indictment of USCIS upper management and their Immigrants First philosophy, a philosophy that endangers America's national security, public health and public safety, and our economy. 

Despite clear and convincing evidence of fraud in the inducement or totally fabricated allegations of domestic violence or other crimes, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, the media, and politicians, simply turn a blind eye to all of it in order to protect immigrants at all costs, even if it means innocent Americans are imprisoned. 

In 2019, the Government Accountability Office or GAO conducted a review of USCIS's fraud detection efforts, and were not happy with USCIS. Also, "Jimmy", a victim of marriage fraud and false allegations of abuse appears on the show by phone. 

In this episode we discuss the origins of the Violence Against Women, or VAWA,, who introduced it into Congress, and the basics of how it affects immigration based marriages. We cite two specific cases involving American citizens falsely accused of domestic violence and rape by their foreign born spouses. 

This episode deals with how some aliens involved in marriage fraud abuse the Violence Against Women Act or VAWA provisions of the Immigration law to gain permanent residence in the US and cover up their fraudulent intent. We pick up where Part 1 left off.
