UNTIL WE BURN | Pentecost Sunday

Listen Later

Today at Acts Church, Pastor Cody Tipton preached a Pentecost Sunday message titled:

πŸ”₯ UNTIL WE BURN πŸ”₯

In Acts 2, the Church was not born through comfort, entertainment, or routine religion. It was born in the fire of the Holy Ghost. This message challenges us to move beyond merely watching revival and become people who are truly consumed by the presence and power of God.

Pentecost was originally a Jewish feast celebrated fifty days after Passover, but in Acts 2 it became the moment God poured out His Spirit upon believers and birthed the New Testament Church. The same fire that fell in the upper room is still available today.

πŸ“– Main Text:
Acts 2:1–4

πŸ”₯ In this message:

  • Why the disciples had to wait for the promise
  • Why fire always follows sacrifice
  • The purpose of the Holy Ghost
  • Why the Church must burn again
  • The difference between smoke and true spiritual fire
