To think, this was soooo private since related to "adoption stories," & people I've met along the way with food dynamics that I addressed with simply 3 rules of eating. a) eat when hungry b) stop when full c) change the palate to eat healthier since biological cravings to salt, sugar, fat make sense.

After injury, I would crave these. Salt, sugar & fat because my body was starving. First, goes fat. Then muscles. Finally organs. Healthcare doctors did not care making my race (Asian) more pronounced along with the handful of people who would comment & the one person who took it to a whole new level. Whaaaat?! Wow. No thanks!

Also, let's put away the word "hate."

Just from a short recording & a word, ALL THE MEMORIES FLOOD IN. 

Trusting this is how ptsd works, one day I knew I'd be listening & then check in-the-moment (authentic assessment) "is it still there?" & if it is, this time, just write it VERBATIM.
