A grandchild. Daughter. Mother. Traditional Healer. Graphic Designer. Copywriter and ex-banker. Lerato "KingSaint" Lunga is a woman of many titles and she embodies them all. She got HIV through her ex-partner and that never stopped her from being a compassionate person. Today, her primary focus is healing people using her spiritual gifts as a Sangoma and producing merchandise that resonates with her soul. Thokoza Gogo!!!
Dorian "Pablo" Basson was sexually assaulted at 20 years old and that led to a life full of challenges. He spent three months in a psychiatric hospital after the incident took place. As if that was not enough, he had to spend another period of time in a different hospital upon finding out that he was HIV positive. However, none of these challenges have stopped "Pablo" from going after his goals. We can learn a lot from this champion!!!
In this episode, we celebrate Feziwe Masabane, a 55 year old from Alexandra a.k.a. Gomora. This amazing lady made it back from a critical stage of her HIV journey. At one point, she was hospitalised and had to take 49 pills as well as 3 injections on a daily basis. Today, Feziwe is virally suppressed...meaning that the virus is undetectable, an outcome that anyone living with HIV would be proud of.

Lindiwe "Lin" Mogale is a 24 year old from Bronkhorstspruit, 50kms east of Tshwane. Lindiwe's mom passed away when she was 9 years old, she got diagnosed with HIV when she was 16 and never had a relationship with her father. Luckily, Lindiwe's aunt was there to take her in. Despite all the challenges that she's faced since her formative years, Lin continues to be a resilient woman that aims to inspire other young people living with HIV. She is also a graphic designer making an impact within the creative industries.
