Ar: في صباح شتائي بارد، شقت أشعة الشمس طريقها عبر الصخور الورديّة في البتراء.

Ar: كان المعلم قد دعا طلابه لاستكشاف معبد قديم في تلك المدينة الخفية الشهيرة.
En: The teacher had invited his students to explore an ancient temple in that famous hidden city.
Ar: ساميرا، الطالبة الفضولية والمصممة، كانت تشعر بأن هناك شيئًا ينتظر الاكتشاف.
En: Samira, the curious and determined student, felt that something awaited discovery.
Ar: كان عمر وياسمين يقفان بجانبها، يتبادلان النظرات المريبة ويمزحان حول كم هو ملل ذاك الواجب المدرسي.
