Cs: Na pláži zalité měsíčním svitem, kde obvykle panovala klidná atmosféra, se najednou vznášely těžké mraky.
En: On the beach bathed in moonlight, where there was usually a calm atmosphere, heavy clouds suddenly loomed.

Cs: Plánovala se letní slavnost a Veronika chtěla, aby byla nezapomenutelná.
En: A summer festival was being planned, and Veronika wanted it to be unforgettable.

Cs: Měla ráda pořádek a připravovala se několik týdnů.
En: She liked order and had been preparing for several weeks.
