This week the lads were joined by one of UoG’s biggest legends, Dan Hill. We spoke to him about everything photography amongst other things. We also spoke to Tommy about last weekends games, picked our North/South XV’s and did The Quiz.

Sam and Charlie are joined by first team captain Euan Manley as they discuss the up and coming British and Irish Lions tour. We pick our starting XV for the first test of the series as well as where the tour should be held. Oh yeah and Tommy is back again unfortunately.

The boys are joined this week by former UOGWRFC and current Bristol Bear Women’s player Abbie Parsons. We spoke to Abbie about her University life, the journey to where she is know and more importantly about the recent #ICare movement in women’s rugby.

We’ve jumped from one guest to three this week as we are joined by Hartpury RFC’s Will Safe to talk about his career and the importance of the Championship to the professional game. We are also joined by Severn Stars and UoG Netball’s Chloe Carchrie and Jane Taylor to talk about their Netball career and balancing being a top-level athlete with life at University.

The boys are moving up in the world again as another professional had agreed to come chat to us and this week it’s Gloucester’s Jamal Ford-Robinson. The boys chat to Jamal about all sorts including a bit of rugby. We also hear from Tommy for the usual nausey section.

It’s Christmas time and the lads are celebrating the end of the worst year of all time. They give out some awards, play some games and ring people on the phone to see what they’re up too this Christmas time.

The boys are back are again and this week they are joined by UoG Dynamites Club Captain Ella Hamlet to talk through all things cheerleading, body positivity and injuries. We are also joined by Tommy for another round-up of the weekends rugby action.

In a step up for the podcast, the boys are joined by Bath, England and ex-UGRFC winger Ruaridh McConnochie. We talk to Ruaridh about his Uni life, his journey through 7s and to winning an international cap.
