I've always worked out of an office. The lockdown has opened up an entirely new world to me! In the 50 days of quarantine, I'm discovering the great benefits of WFH. As we rethink a lot of the ground rules, I believe COVID-19 will change the work culture for the better. We will place more emphasis on output than facetime, offer more flexibility on work locations and explore the possibility of a 4-day work week!
