Amanda Sanders of Ask Mrs S VA is my guest on Episode 4 of Up Close and Virtual.
Ask Mrs S VA evolved in late 2020 from the realisation that as a small business owner, it's the small tasks that can cause the biggest headache.
Based in the Cotswolds, Amanda's target market is small independent businesses and organisations that support two principal sectors. With her background in development industry, she supports ancillary services such as interior designers, specialist trades such as decorative finishers, joiners, bathroom/kitchen suppliers, arboriculturalists, landscape architects, and ecologists. The second sector is more left-field but a passion of hers; independent therapists, including psychiatrists, acupuncturists, podiatrists, counsellors, aromatherapists, and sports therapists.
Amanda provides a wide range of services from administrative support, invoice processing, estimate production, and record keeping; copywriting, producing and proofreading publications, blogs and social media; and marketing and customer services. If it’s not on the list, please ask and Amanda is happy to see what she can do.
In this episode Amanda and I discuss some of the complexities that can arise when extricating yourself from a client relationship. We discuss her experience and the steps to take - so if you've ever found yourself in this situation or would like to be prepared should this event ever occur, this is for you!
