Where to begin, the NBA has just been flipped upside down and the only we can sit back and just take it all in. It's impossible to make sense of all of this and all I can do is kick back and say This League.

Congratulations Toronto Raptors on winning the NBA Finals, but the fun really begins with free agency. Taking an initial look at what the field of free agents looks like and what certain teams and superstars will look to do.

Just as the title says. Looking at how the Raptors shocked basketball circles around the world and how this team probably deserves more credit than what has been given. They proved they're for real in game 1 and now we look to see how they could dethrone Golden State moving forward in the series. Lastly some random sports talk from what's been happening.

The NBA Finals begin tomorrow and it couldn't be a more compelling match up. Toronto Raptors and Golden State Warriors will be an exciting series to watch. After that new segments Worst Take and Greatest Take of the Week. Lastly, taking a deep dive into Khalid's new album Free Spirit. Khalid is making a case to be considered one of the greatest at the latest, but he's making a compelling case for being one of must listen to's of music world today.

Recapping first with the Bucks vs. Raptors series in the Eastern Conference Finals. What happened to Milwaukee and can they get out of this 3 game slump to shut up Drizzy Drake. Honestly he's gotten to annoying stealing the Raptors spotlight. Lastly looking into one of the craziest stories in Division III NCAA sports with the MIAC confrence voting to remove St. Thomas University for more competitive parity in the conference.

A little change of pace to chat about some Game of Thrones and new summer music to jam with. Don't worry there will always be enough sports to chat about, but if I just talk sports I might go insane. DJ Khaled dropped a new album last week called "Father of Asahd" and if you haven't listened to it yet you need to. Also chatting about Logic's new album and Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber's new song "Who Cares".

New Orleans Pelicans won the Zion Williamson sweepstakes and the art of tanking has been proven unsuccessful. With only a 6% shot at winning the Pelicans have a acquired basketball relevance. New York is pissed as usual and praying for Kevin Durant to sign and who knows how any of this NBA Draft will shake out. It all speculation at this point.

I've been gone for a minute, but had to come back. I miss chatting on this stuff. Playoff basketball and a multitude of other sports talk that's worth mentioning. Milwaukee is back on the map with the Bucks and Brewers and I couldn't be more excited. This is as random as it gets and that's what being Up For Anything is all about. Who knows what's next?
