In this sudden and unanticipated episode of Up Is Down I had the wild opportunity to talk with philosopher, futurist Mr. Zoltan Istvan, the founder of the Transhumanist Movement.

All I did was reach out to him and he not only responded positively to my request for an interview, he jumped on the opportunity to speak with me having no idea who I am, what I believe in, or what I do with my podcast.
That's more than I can say for ANY of the contenders for the 2020 title of President Elect.

Zoltan is quite possibly the most interesting and fearless person I have ever come across. We have very, very little in common outside of our love of people and the earth, but we had the greatest conversation about the state of the world, international conflict, the world of American politics, the future of technology, and the "disease of death and dying".

Zoltan has a very unique approach to a Universal Basic Income, which is one of three major platforms he's running on. This is not his first time in the political rodeo, having previously run for Governor of the state of California and also for the President in 2016

Though naturally Libertarian, Zoltan is running for the Republican ticket. He explains why in our talk, among other incredibly interesting things during our conversation.

If you're one of the millions of people who haven't, the first thing you might like to know is this: none of us common folk were ever supposed to know anything about it.

Nobody can define exactly what a community is.

At first glance, plans for a sustainable community seem practical, benign, honorable and fair. They are described as community visions which naturally arise out of local interests. They promise to protect the future needs of the community from selfish, materialistic consumers abusing the planet today.

Americans in particular are under the impression community groups wield no power in the American system, and that all important decisions are made by elected legislatures.
Most people never know their community has a plan or that it will affect their lives.

The theory of community rights affects every person on the planet. International environmental law, also known as sustainable development, has been implemented in nearly every country in the world.
Most people's idea of community is a vaguely nice, clean place that feels safe, where everybody helps one another. Building community makes us think of happy, friendly neighbors and school children playing in parks.

We are supposed to believe sustainability and global governance are just about social justice, and good ethical management practices. None of this has anything to do with the completely unworkable concept of global government.

The visions worked out in board rooms and local development meetings are always what the “community” wants, not what the actual individuals living in the community want.

Individuals are NOT part of the community.

And THAT'S the point.

In this episode of Up Is Down I had the pleasure of speaking with a most intrepid researcher, RECLUSE, of the VISUP VIEW blog.

For those who may not know of his work, Recluse has been digging deeper than most anyone I've encountered in the vast worlds of High Weirdness starting in 2010. His highly objective analysis can be found in subjects ranging from esoteric anomalies and symbolism in pop culture and music, to highly classified research of paranormal, societal and occult figures and political movements.

I was honored to speak with him at length about the history, background and mythos of the ultra strange Process Church Of The Final Judgement and the ebbs and flows it seemed to share with dubious figures and locales of extreme far-right and international fascist politics.

Very interesting how a pacifistic group led by former Scientologists preached the reconciliation of spiritual opposites, abstinence and relative celibacy in the free love and drug fueled 1960's, yet found themselves maligned with violent and ultra narcissistic Charles Manson and his "Family" cult, then after that "associated", allegedly, with David Berkowitz and the so-called Son Of Sam Cult.

What would The Process Church have to do with these murderers, if anything ?

Who were the leaders of this group? And what are their backgrounds?

What is, or was, the Four P movement?

And who were the far-right and fascistic people that seemed to lurk in the shadow of The Process Church Of Final Judgement?

What is significant about the timeframes of activity and the certain locations of the Process Church?

Have you ever wondered how so many news anchors and publishers seem to say or print the exact same headlines and talking points? Join us in the apartment bunker as we dig into the effects and seemingly limitless possibilities for behavior modification, psychological warfare, political dominance and bio/geo/social engineering that comes with Artificial Intelligence mobilized by 5G.

These technologies create much more than a competitive edge on the global trajectory of military might and national security, they also ensure a very near future of holographic and controlled hallucinatory un-reality. A very real slave species of automaton quasi-humans literally wired to their devices happily satiated with whatever we can imagine. The ability to download and interact with the worlds knowledge and power by simply thinking it.

What am I talking about?

The Internet comprises a decentralized global system that serves humanity’s collective effort to generate, process, and store data, most of which is handled by the rapidly expanding cloud. A stable, secure, real-time system may allow for interfacing the cloud with the human brain. One promising strategy for enabling such a system is a “human brain/cloud interface” (BCI) that would be based on technologies referred to as “neuralnanorobotics.”

Three species of neuralnanorobots (endoneurobots, gliabots, and synaptobots) could traverse the blood–brain barrier, enter the brain, ingress into individual human brain cells, and autoposition themselves at the axon initial segments of neurons, within glial cells, and in intimate proximity to synapses. They would then wirelessly transmit synaptically processed and encoded human–brain electrical information via auxiliary nanorobotic fiber optics with the capacity to handle up to 1018 bits/sec and provide rapid data transfer to a cloud based supercomputer for real-time brain-state monitoring and data extraction.

A specialized application might be the capacity to engage in fully immersive experiential/sensory experiences, including what is referred to here as “transparent shadowing”.

That's one way to put it.

The not-so-flowery way is called being subjected to calculated personalized psychological torture by way of controlled hallucinations and mirroring techniques of electronic harassment, gang stalking, and targeted behavioral modification.

As Dr. James Giordano would say, "We'll go a step even further."

How long has the DoD been tinkering with brain/cloud interface and nanotech weaponry?

How does the aerosolized nanotech weapon get dispersed upon an individual vs a community or group or an entire population?

Where does electronic harassment fit in to all this?
