Today's episode wraps up a four part series inspired by "The Four Agreements." The fourth agreement is “Always Do Your Best”. At first glance, this might look like yet another thing to change about yourself..."Do my best in every scenario. Ok I’ll do that moving forward. And then forget 5 days later." But as we dive in, I invite you to start realizing that in every moment up until this one right now, you have done your best. Which will help you free your mind of guilt, judgement, and resentment and open up more peace, clarity, and love moving forward. That is the foundation we all miss, when it comes to reaching our goals and stepping into our power.
Today’s episode is part three of a four part series inspired by the book “The Four Agreements”. Definitely check out Part I and II before diving into this one if you can, because this builds upon the lessons in previous episodes.
The third agreement is “Don’t Make Assumptions”. I'll save the rest for the episode. Let's dive in.
This episode is part two of a four part series inspired by the book “The Four Agreements”.
The second agreement in the book is “Don’t Take Things Personally” which seems easier said than done but after today's episode, it will be possible, and it will free your mind from anger, jealousy, resentment, and sadness.
If you implement this into your life, nothing anyone says will hurt you. You won’t fear judgement, you can say yes and no with confidence, set boundaries without regret, and be you. What would you do with your life if you did not fear judgement? Has anyone ever given you permission to be who you want to be?
It’s time to get off autopilot and explore this important topic. Let's dive in.

Today’s episode is the first part of a four part series inspired by the book “The Four Agreements”. Whether you have read this book or not, you will get a lot out of these episodes as we take a deep dive into each agreement and explore its relation to our everyday lives.
Today we explore being impeccable with our word, being in self-integrity. How often do you break your word to yourself? You don't set boundaries, you gossip, you put off eating healthy to a different day, you say you are going to meditate but you continue to skip it, you say sorry without doing anything wrong, and so many more. Your life is a manifestation of your word and being impeccable with your word means not going against yourself. Taking responsibility for your actions but not blaming yourself. Being honest, kind, and loving to yourself, not criticizing yourself. Stay tuned for much more as we dive into all this and more in today's episode.
Today’s episode is an important one. Something so many people overlook. Especially those of us on autopilot. Running from one thing to the other. Constantly busy. Always exhausted mentally, physically, or both. Some people are so busy they have a hard time falling asleep at night because their mind is racing a mile a minute trying to figure it all out. Well, what if there was a cure for all of that? What would your life look like if you took your time getting places, showed up early and relaxed, took more time for you? In this episode, we'll explore a solution for figuring out why you are so busy and what to do about it.

This episode was planned for much later in the podcast lineup, but I had a dream I was recording it, so I decided to go for it now as it might help someone who needs it.
In this episode, we explore beliefs about alcohol and what it does for us. I share my experience when I realized I might have a drinking problem, and why I decided to cut back.
If you are tempted to skip over this episode because you don't think you have a drinking problem, I challenge you to give it a listen anyway, as with everything we listen to, I guarantee you will walk away with something new to consider or at the very least, more awareness to help a friend or family struggling with alcohol.

Are you ready to let go of the need to be perfect? For some of you, it’s going to be hard and maybe this will be an eye opening episode in exploring the ways perfectionism creeps up unknowingly in your life.
I used to take pride in ensuring I never made mistakes, not leaving the house without at least mascara, proofreading text too many times to count to ensure it was absolutely perfect, needing my nutrition to be perfect otherwise I would spiral out of control for several days or weeks eating too much chocolate or salty snacks, the list goes on...
But then I started noticing how all these habits were actually preventing me from being happy. I was always chasing after something else and this is so common for so many people.
Tune into this episode for all the ways perfectionism can show up in your life, and why and how to start letting go of these habits one by one.
What if I told you that everything in your life you have manifested up until this point? Yes, everything from the good things that you have in your life to the “bad” or stressful things you have in your life - every single thing has in some way been attracted to you based on your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This information is not taught in school and it’s not taught by our parents or caregivers so it may seem unbelievable at first but it’s true. Let this episode just scratch the surface in terms of energy, manifestation, and the law of attraction. You will walk away with a few strategies to start attracting what it is you do want, including good health, more wealth, and strong relationships.
Why is it that the easiest word to say when we're younger becomes the hardest word to say when we're adults? The power of the word "no". After listening to this episode, you'll learn how powerful and necessary it is for you to start saying no more often to the things you don't want to do and start saying yes to yourself more. When we can learn to do this, despite how hard it is at first, we will live our lives with less regret and less stress.

Most of us chase after goals of having more money, a thin & fit body, a better job, more time, the perfect family, but have you ever stopped and asked yourself what's underneath all that? Could there be something all these goals have in common that, once you uncovered it, could be the key to reaching all your goals and more? In this episode, you'll start to ask yourself different questions, pivotal questions, that get to the bottom of what you are really seeking. We grow up with so many expectations about what the perfect life looks like, and with a little self-awareness, you will start to feel more fulfilled and your biggest goals will fall into place with much less effort.
