Whether in a group or an individual setting, she brings compassion, listening skills and joy for helping you reach your goals. With a BS in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and a MS in Health Promotion Management from American University, Phyllis is poised and ready with years of experience.

Anthony Box Jr. ("AJ" Phyllis's son) is a 26 year old Accounting Major at Morehouse College. AJ has been diagnosed with schizophrenia for 5+ years and in is interested in sharing his experience with those who are in similar situations.

She loves to teach others about natural solutions for their health and wellbeing and read in her spare time. She is a true Georgia Peach, born and raised in Dublin, Georgia. She currently resides in Lilburn, Georgia. Benita works for the Department of Health and Human Services.
