It’s been a long time so I just wanted to do a little podcast for now and stay tuned for more as I have time to do it and when I do it on my drives for errands !

Thoughts and things on my way to work… daily things that go on in my head, mental illness and the struggles, might dip a little bit into my past to try and help other people that might be going through the same stuff! I just want these podcasts to be about real things and thoughts and stuff that goes through brains everyday and I want to try to help people to know they aren’t alone and lots of people have these things in life!
