A number of first-time voters are among those casting their votes in today's by-elections at the Thabazimbi Local Municipality, in Limpopo. More than 51-thousand registered voters are due to cast their votes at 57 voting stations, after 12 wards were left vacant when Premier Phophi Ramathuba dissolved in October.
