President Jacob Zuma has urged Cosatu affiliated members to campiagn for the ANC during election time saying the governing party does not take its unity with the federation for granted. He was speaking at the federation's main May Day Rally in Mamelodi outside Pretroria on Sunday. The event was attended by all alliance partner members including Cosatu President Sdumo Dlamini, SACP's Blade Nzimande and SANCO President Richard Mdakane. South Sudanese rebel leader Riek Machar has been sworn in as first vice president. He arrived in Juba the capital on Tuesday, after repeated delays to implement a peace agreement.
