The fire which has destroyed about 13 structures at Simons Town in False Bay in the Cape Peninsula has been contained. But Cape Town Fire and Rescue Services say while the situation has been brought under control for now, changing wind direction could again see the blaze flare up. Multiple attacks less than 24 hours apart left scores dead in Nigeria. Two female suicide bombers have killed at least 15 people in a market in northern Nigeria's main city, Kano.
