Who are the Proud Boys and are they aligned with White Supremacy?  When the President of the United States was aksed to condemn racist scum, he told the Proud Kids to "Stand back and standby."  Standby for what, Trump to lose the election? What mayhem do these heavily armed right-wing thugs have in store for America in the event Donald must leave the White House? Something about them reminds me of Hitler's Brown Shirts. With violent radicals on both sides of the political spectrum, this creates a dangerous state of the union. UPGRADE AMERICA, there's always room for improvement!

Was Breonna Taylor's killing unjustified and unconstitutional?  The Fourth Amendment initially enforced the notion that “each person's home is their castle”, safe from unreasonable searches and seizures of property by the government. What constitutes reasonable and for what purpose should law enforcement breach the homes of private citizens without notice? Here's my list, feel free to expand upon it in the comments:   To prevent the immediate loss of life or to stop a murder rape, or crime that could result in serious bodily harm or death and to free hostages. Additionally, to disarm and or seize weapons of mass destruction.   No drug evidence is worth the loss of life. Spoiler Alert: They didn't find anything! Why was a cop charged for shooting Breaonna Taylor's neighbor's walls, but not for shooting Breaonna herself? Is the lack of consequence a signal to law enforcement that they can do as they will with no reprisal? Fear not, this means we must escalate the process to a higher judicial system. Where will justice prevail? In the Supreme Court or in the streets? UPGRADE AMERICA...there's always room for improvement!

DEATH to ALL DIRTY RACIST COPS they deserve to DIE! Yup, all rouge civil servants using their power and authority to commit rape and murder deserve to die by decree of the State. While I’m avidly against the death penalty for US citizens, public enemies infiltrating government and law enforcement are worthy of execution. Using power and authority to benefit an external organization(IE: KKK, hate groups, gangs, and secret societies ) is very much like treason or aiding and abetting a foreign enemy. It undermines the principles of America and compromises the integrity of the state. Dirty cops, judges, politicians in league with such organizations MUST receive the death penalty for treasonous terrorist acts against the American people. While I implore law-abiding citizens to seek justice in the courts, should justice ever fail the people, the streets will take a second shot. Much love to my fellow defenders and all the good cops living up to their sacred oaths. FYI...if you're protecting dirty cops, you're just as filthy. Why is the 2nd Amendment always under attack? Well, once the right to bear arms is taken away, there is literally nothing the people can do to prevent the removal of additional rights. Military and political mastermind Niccolò Machiavelli,  had the following words on disarming the people in his manuscript, The Prince. "By disarming, you at once give offense, since you show your subjects that you distrust them, either as doubting their courage or as doubting their fidelity, each of which imputations begets hatred against you.” While pot is legal for medical purposes in Pennslyvania, patients may not be permitted to own firearms while they possess a medical marijuana card. Why does this pertain to cannabis and not to opioids and other prescription? Currently, the punishment for serious crimes is confinement in a correctional facility for a set time. Many people seem to think that subjection to violence, rape, and sexual assault, among deplorable living conditions, is part of the punishment. That’s cruel and unusual as well as a violation of our blessed constitution. Big shout out to Kim Kardashian and her endeavors in reforming criminal justice in America. While your efforts haven’t gone unnoticed there is still much work to be done. We outlined some great ideas we’d like to work with you in the future to UPGRADE criminal justice and AMERICA. Check out the podcast. Prison is a multi-billion dollar hustle. I can’t knock it, Prison Industrial Complex,  but I can advise. The best hustles are mutual. By all means, get your money, why not strive for a positive impact as well? Can we use technology to rehabilitate prisoners? How would $25 tablets, WIFI, and access to the internet, positively impact the justice system? UPGRADE AMERICA...there’s always room for improvement!

Kenosha burns and Trump and Biden both deferred their visits as the city smolders in the wake of the latest police shooting. The cops claim, Jacob Blake had a knife in his vehicle and this justified their use of deadly force in front of his children. They shot him 7 times and the video footage shows no sign of struggle or hostile intent from Blake. Police seem to have gotten the impression that the rules governing the use of force do not apply to black people. Rather than attempt to deescalate a situation they appear to resort immediately to deadly force. Are these the birth pains to racial systematic genocide?  Who could say? What's even more frightening is the response of private citizens. People are getting bold and are taking law and life into their own hands. Will the ruling of juvenile vigilante Kyle Rittenhouse set the precedent for armed jerk offs trolling protest? How will "peaceful protestors" respond now that armed thugs with AR-15s are murdering their fellow activists? I'm guessing they'll get a bunch guns as well. How will the police respond? I reckon with a shit ton of force. Enter, the SuperCops. Given the trend, the police wrongfully shoot a black person and "peaceful protestors" burn the city down, will another 4 years of Trump inevitably escalate to civil war?
