Ben’s eighteen-year journey first took him from studying chemical engineering at the University of Utah to working on photolithography, process control, and yield prediction at Intel and Micron. Next stop was taking on the role of High-Performance Computing and AI expert at AIQ, an artificial intelligence hedge fund, building models on a 600-GPU cluster to make stock predictions from the news. 

Seven patents later, he helped to deliver HireVue’s AI insights product for candidate interviews. He eventually co-founded Zeff.ai, to provide deep learning insights for enterprises. All of this, before a phenomenal upgrade as Chief AI Strategist at DataRobot.
