Today I’m interviewing my good friend, Jordan Gill. Jordan is an Operations Consultant and Founder of Systems Saved Me, where she helps overworked entrepreneurs streamline their businesses.

Jordan started her business under a retainer model and quickly realized how unsustainable this was for her. She knew she had to find another way to bring revenue into her business in a way that was more aligned with her strengths and what she enjoys doing. That’s why she started offering intensives that she calls VIP Days. 

She walks us through how she came to this realization and the hesitation she sees many other business owners face with this type of business model. She and I chat about her marketing practices and why she is a huge believer in creating strong, mutually beneficial referral partnerships. With the next quarter on the horizon, I thought this would be a great time to explore how you can make this your best quarter yet. Planning ahead can set you up for massive success and get you on track and aligned with your goals.
