Karen and Troy have been facilitating the Orlando Meditation Practice Group since February 2008. Married for 25 years, they are partners in everything they do. They are practitioners willing to share everything they have learned to encourage others to sit and be here, in the present moment. They will teach you what mediation is, the different type of meditations, and how to get started. They believe meditation is one of the most valuable tools available to each of us and offers a wealth of benefits: emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Karen successfully uses meditation to help manage her bipolar disorder and believes in the power of meditation to change our world. Organizing and facilitating is one of Karen's personal strengths. Troy is the maestro of music selections and plays crystal bowls for the group. They share a passion for meditation and view it as a lifelong commitment. They both look forward to sharing their passion with you!
