By establishing a National Commission for Homoeopathy, the Bill aims to develop and regulate the education, profession, and medical institutions of Homoeopathy. The Bill also sets up an Advisory Council to advise and make recommendations to the National Commission. The purpose of the Bill is to repeal the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 and regulate the practice of homoeopathy in India.
