The new EIA draft notification threatens to destroy all the remaining rules and system which have been in place for the protection of Indian environment and biodiversity. In this video, I explain why and how exactly it will do that. We have time till 11th August 2020 to send suggestions to Environment Ministry to stop this draft from being introduced as a law.
