There's a black hole in the center of our galaxy.

It’s 14 million miles across.

But we’ve never gotten a good look at it…until now.

Astronomers announced today that we’ve finally managed to take a picture of that black hole. Jordy Dalevaar worked on the project.

He’s an astronomer at Columbia University and the Flatiron Institute in New York.

It’s been said that in New York City, you’re always looking for either a job or an apartment. After some residents left the city during covid lockdown, the people who stayed were offered lower rents by landlords eager to fill their apartments. But while the pandemic hasn’t ended, the brief era of slightly cheaper New York City rent is now over for most renters.
