Creighton and I talk about lessons learned in our first year of medical school, and discuss our professional and personal goals for the next three years and beyond. We also talk about the benefits of having a significant other that is also on track to becoming a health professional.

Creighton received his bachelor's degree from Clemson University and his master's degree from The Medical University of South Carolina. He is currently the Vice President of the Internal Medicine club at the VCOM-Carolinas campus.

On this episode of the pod, I was joined by longtime friend Torrez Nesbit. Professionally, Torrez is a real estate investor and an entrepreneur, as well as the podcast host of "The Conscious Experience".

Carl and I talk about our past positions with the Michigan football team, how personal connections have helped us professionally, and the importance of balance in a daily routine.

Carl has recently signed a deal to be an Assistant Equipment Manager for the Houston Texans. He was formerly the head sales rep for SportStar Athletics, and prior to that was the Assistant Equipment Manager for the University of Michigan football team.

Greg and I talk about balancing school and relationships, continuing to make personal connections, and the interplay between physical and mental health.

Greg is a graduate of the University of Florida and is a current classmate of mine at VCOM. He continues to be an advocate for the Down Syndrome community and currently volunteers with the Down Syndrome Association of the Upstate.
