Sports performance coach, David Byrd is a former two-sport (football/track) athlete for Syracuse University. David an assistant football coach at LaSalle Insitute, and author of When Fate and Dreams Conflict. 

Eric Hahn spent the last 5 years as the director of player personnel for the Columbia University football team where he was in charge of the Lions' recruiting efforts while also assisting with other administrative duties. D.J. Clark set a school record with 45 consecutive starts while leading the Idaho State Bengals in interceptions for four consecutive seasons.  Upon graduation, D.J. joined the Packers as an undrafted free agent and earned a spot on the team's practice squad. 1.  D.J wishes he had a mentor to help guide him through the recruiting process. 

2.  Don't ignore questionnaires from college coaches, even if you've never heard of the school.  Instead,  keep an open mind, complete them, and return them in a timely manner.

3.  Be systematic in your recruiting efforts.  Stay organized and be sure to follow up with coaches throughout the process.

Logan Carrington is a 2018 graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies with a concentration in Digital Media.  Logan ran the 800m and 4x400m relay as a member of UVA's track and field team.

Central Michigan football alum, Kito Poblah was a team captain his senior year when he finished second on the team with 558 yards and five touchdowns.
