I had the opportunity to speak with the Chicago Salesforce Nonprofit User Group about getting a job in the Salesforce ecosystem. 

In this clip, I share what I think the number one skill is for helping you land your first job in the Salesforce ecosystem.  

I also discuss the importance of being able to execute on ideas - whether those ideas are your own, or someone else's. 

With the simplicity of Salesforce, it is the go-to platform for making those ideas a reality in a short manner of time.

On June 23, 2021, Salesforce updated the structure of their Certified Administrator Exam.

We discussed 'You Incorporated' - treating your career as your business.   

Jael discussed her investment strategy of investing in herself and her career, which brings about the greatest return on investment.   

As with all investment advice, you want to invest in businesses you are passionate about and believe in. 

So, investing in yourself helps you to take this process seriously as well as to be taken seriously by others.
