URN

This time around, David was joined by Jeremy, Olly and Reece as the guys run down the results of the last 16 of this year's Champions League, review the draws for the quarter finals and cover the shocks and clashes from the Europa league as well.

On this week's podcast Joe Alex, Jimmy and Joe dissected last Sunday's East Midlands derby and previewed Notts vs Mansfield this weekend. We spoke to Aitor Karanka, Matty Cash, Matt Tootle and Kevin Nolan at this weeks press conferences. We also had interviews with Matt Oldroyd from Forza Garibaldi and Rich Fisher, author of The Church of Stuart Pearce.

Matt was joined by Will, Alex and Olly as they discussed the latest BUCS results and previewed the Big BUCS Wednesday. They also covered all the news from Nottingham Forest and Notts County.

Charlotte, Hermoine and Matt discuss Youtube as a platform and whether we have gone too far with social media to try and get views.

Hermoine, Matt, Jeremy and Charlotte discuss the occupation of the Trent building of students supporting the UCU strike action.

In a twist to the usual show, Ella and Abi are joined this week by a third person (who'd have seen that coming?) in URN's "news expert" Harry Robertson - who really didn't want to talk about news quite as much as you'd expect.

In their attempt to tackle the developing Russian spy story, the defects of Amazon's Alexa, Donald Trump's potential meeting with Kim Jong Un, and the latest successes for Team GB in the Paralympics... these three go a little off topic. Instead, they mainly talk about the apocalypse (whether it be zombies, triffids, Artificial Intelligence or ants), prove why - in an apocalypse - you'd want to stick with blind skiers or URN's trusty tech manager, and ask the really big questions: just where do you find a washer-board these days?

This is the news like you've never heard it before. Believe me.

Missed out on last week's episode and want to catch up on Ella's in depth knowledge of German agriculture (it's better than it sounds)? Find it right here:
