" I know there are several Gospel Rappers these days and i often battled with not sounding like any of them" Says Kells "I struggled with inferiority and not being accepted like a lot of the other guys that I rapped with”. “I didn’t want to be that guy that only his family and church members said he was hot but everyone else was laughing at behind their backs”.  So he took his time to make sure that he could put together the best possible project that he could. Not just from a ministry stand point but from overall production as well. “So many people today try and follow one format of what’s popular now instead of hearing God for themselves.  There are so many topics to minister on that people need to hear about so I’m gonna take it there over the next few projects that I put out.” Kells has had the opportunity to share the stage with such artists as: Canton Jones, Isreal Haughton, Deitrick Haddon, Ras, Lil Wayne, Dorrough, Bobby Valentino, and Ludacris just to name a few.
