This episode is all about dating... SPEED DATING!
We’re joined by Katie Conway, the founder of Hot Potato Hearts — an inclusive community that redefines modern dating by getting us off our phones and into real-life conversations.
What started as frustration with online dating turned into a thriving space for authentic connection through speed dating, live shows, trivia nights, and more.
Is in-person connection the secret sauce to finding love (or at least a good time)? How do you actually speed date successfully?
If you’ve ever questioned whether dating apps like Tinder, Hinge, Grindr and Bumble are working, this one’s for you.

In this episode, I sit down with my incredible friend Alondra García—a powerhouse educator, activist, and advocate for immigrant communities. Alondra is a second-grade bilingual teacher from Milwaukee’s south side. As a DACA recipient, she knows firsthand the challenges immigrant families face—and she’s not afraid to stand up and fight for them.
And she’s got the receipts to back it up! Alondra has been recognized for her dedication with the 2020 Early Educator Award (Wisconsin Association of Colleges for Teacher Education), the 2021 Civil Rights Award (Voces de la Frontera), WEAC’s Tenia Jenkins Activist Award (2024-25), GSAFE’s 2025 Educator of the Year, and even a Women’s History Month citation from the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors.
We talk about her journey, the backlash she faced for simply helping immigrant families access legal resources (yes, really), and why knowing your rights is more important than ever—especially in this political climate. In the Trump era, conversations like these aren’t just important; they’re necessary. Schools should be safe havens, not places of fear.
So, if you care about immigrant rights, education, or just want to hear from someone who’s out here making real change, this episode is for you. ❤️

The time for talk is NOW!
Donnie and John are here to give you their unsolicited opinions on The Traitors Season 3.
How did Delores and Ivar pull off the win against your favorite reality stars? Is Traitor-on-Traitor violence really the best strategy? Are you Team Danielle or Team Carolyn? Team Bob or Team Ayan?
And let’s talk about those four Faithfuls splitting $200K — did we really need the Kum By Yah finale?
Plus, who discuss who in our dream cast for The Traitors Season 4.
We’re getting into it all — and more — over a glass (or two) of wine. Cheers!
