The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for the following restrictions on US 60 road restrictions in Phoenix for overhead power line installation. East- and westbound Grand Avenue at 39th Avenue will be reduced to one lane in each direction from 11 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, to 2 a.m. Monday, Feb. 28.
