For our last "Interview" episode of our first season, we go out with a bang!

Belinda is the president of the "Avanza Network" and is in the Board of Director's for "CIELO Community".

Belinda shares with us how she helps out families who are chasing the so-called "American Dream", the dynamic of each family member, and how important it is for the future of the children. Towards the end, Belinda shares with us a very personal story that we hope can serve as a guide to those who find themselves in the same difficult situation Belinda was when she was a teenager.

Today we have Adrian de la Riva, a Santa Ana OC native. He’s a fellow UCI Graduate, who majored in criminology and social ecology.

An advocate for the youth, Adrian is currently a youth partner at a "Wraparound" program.

From how it was like growing up in Santa Ana, to what triggered his decision to stop hanging out with the wrong crowd, this episode is a classic tale of a First Generation Latino trying to find a purpose in life amidst a new country one has to now call "home".

Irvin also pitches in with stories from working at Camelot Golfland and his dark days at Wal-Mart. From nervously convincing his bosses to get him out of the "Dishwasher" period, to leaving Wal-Mart on his last day with style (this story is not for the faint hearted), this solo episode is sure to bring a laugh or 2... or 36!
