Dr. Tamara Kharroub is the Assistant Executive Director and a Senior Research Fellow at Arab Center Washington DC. Her research work focuses on democracy and human rights in the Arab world, specifically related to democratization and transitions, US foreign policy in the Middle East, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, identity politics, and the role of media and communication technology in the political process.
Ms. Eliza Campbell is the Associate Director of the Cyber Program at Middle East Institute (MEI) in Washington DC. She is a research coordinator for MEI's research unit, and a researcher in technology and human rights at Georgetown University. She was a 2017-2018 Fulbright researcher in Bulgaria, and she previously worked in the human rights sector in Jordan.
