I come across so many people with brilliant ideas and dreams ready to burst out of them. What breaks my heart is when a lot of them become stuck in their circumstances because they can’t see how those dreams could possibly become reality.

Self doubt and fear are very real threats to us having the lives we dream of and to us being who we’re really here to be. In this episode I talk about wrestling with fear and doubt and how my business has been the biggest spiritual journey for me, impacting me on a very deep level. I had to get out of my own way, I had to ask the bigger questions, trust myself, and not allow fear to keep me stifled.  

Fear and self doubt have the potential to keep you bound or to be the catalyst for real breakthrough into the most fulfilled version of yourself.
