I am here to tell you to trust your inner guidance. I know it can be difficult to determine if a decision is based on your intuition or your fear. Intuition is expansive, open, exciting and even when you are on the edge of your comfort zone you will still feel a pull towards something. Fear is a pressure that feels like pushing or a contraction which can lead your anxiety to peak.
Your intuition has always been a part of you, you are born with it, but as you grow up you are influenced by society which buries your intuition under logic and other people’s definition of how you should live your life. Reconnecting with it may be one of the biggest leaps you take to lead your fullest freest life.
I don’t want you to end up in a rocking chair at 80 years old regretting not taking the leap and following your intuition. Create the space and time to listen to your body now to live your most fulfilling and meaningful life.
