Use Frameworks to support your confidence! Today I am speaking with Dr. Marcia Clark, orthopedic surgeon and Health Tech Advisor about how she has used skills from her surgical career to support her confidence as she transitions into the space of supporting women in Tech.

Although she feels less comfortable in this space, she has used the RISE Framework to support her transition and interactions with those who have worked in this field for significantly longer. Both fields are male-dominated and she has risen to the challenge to support other women in navigating success in this arena. She speaks to the importance of the professional networks she has intentionally developed to support her success and that of others. In fact, she refers to herself as a network weaver.
