As athletes we will all at some point be faced with uncertainty or moments where we question "Am I good to go on?” or "Is my body capable of this?" and unfortunately for many this will be a gamble. But for those of who have directed specific, purposeful and progressive work into building the necessary S&C foundations, they will have the knowledge and confidence that they need to answer these questions with clarity.
