Distance and hybrid learning require innovative teaching methods to help educators deliver simulation-based learning strategies and promote students’ critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and decision-making. One strategy is telepresence. This strategy allows for physically present and telepresent participation and facilitates innovative delivery of simulations, overcoming barriers of distance, isolation, illness, and scheduling.
