In this episode, It’s my pleasure to interview Debbie,
Debbie is currently 52 years old, and has struggled with Bulimia for most of her life. When she turned 50, she came across Dave Aspreys bullet proof coffees which stopped her binging, but wanted to look further into the ketogenic diet for body re composition.
She started reading the complete guide to fasting by Dr. Fung and Jimmy More and delved into all the podcasts that were available. Once she cut out the carbs and implemented fasting into her weekly schedule, everything fell into place.
Since then, her menopausal symptoms went away, tremors diminished, and she stopped binging. She’s recently been experimenting with the carnivore diet, and she’s obsessed with checking her blood glucose readings.
Throughout the interview, we talk about running, doing 36-hour fasts and what it takes to build up to fasting, as well as her website (fatfueledat50.com), along with many other things relating to intuitive eating.
