If you know me, you know I'm all about living your dreams! A large part of that philosophy comes from this idea that "life is like a mountain".
Even though I've been living through this lens, teaching this idea, and using it as a foundational pillar of Mindset Monday, I've recently learned a better mental framework on how to adopt this mindset/metaphor and how it can help you navigate your life better to increase overall well-being in life.
There are 8 different elements:

5. The Gear
6. The Weather
7. The Hikers
8. The Peak
I break these down in greater detail in the podcast and I give some context and real world examples of how you can use this (and even teach this).
I'm sharing my journey and thought process with you! This is not 100% done and finalized in terms of my own understanding of how to teach this, use this tool effectively, or even apply it in my own life through a more structured lens, but it was a recent discovery/learning experience that I had to share on the podcast!
