Pregnancy is an absolutely miraculous thing, and should be treated as such. There are a lot of changes that happen to the female body before, during, and after the pregnancy. Unfortunately, some of these physical changes can create future difficulties post-pregnancy and into menopause. Luckily, I had the honor of sitting down with an expert on these potential postpartum complications.

In this episode, Kara Nielsen shares wisdom from both her personal and professional experiences on these topics. Kara works with women experiencing things such as pelvic floor dysfunction and abdominal wall separation, teaching them how to heal their bodies after pregnancy to continue living the quality life they want to live.
