Regan earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Masters in Human Resources and a Masters in Business Administration all from USU. Regan has experience in career advising, staffing development and analytics, hiring research, student settlement implementation, leadership and learning and organizational development. She has served as president of USU’s Alpha Chi Omega chapter and has received two notable awards from her accomplishments including USU Robin’s Women of the Year Award, and Greek Woman of the Year Award.
