Bryce earned his bachelor's degree in social work and masters of education specializing in educational leadership and policy both from the University of Utah. He currently works for the University of Utah’s Bennion Center as the Program Manager for Residential Engagement. Previous to this role he has worked in several other areas of higher education including: student success advocating, union programming, academic affairs, housing and residential education and community development.

Keeley earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Weber State University in 2011. Keeley currently works as a Program Coordinator for Volunteers of America Utah’s Amplified Mentoring Program. She is currently pursing her master's degree in Social Work at Utah State University. Previous to her current role, she has served in several other service-oriented roles including program director, program manager, and community outreach representative for The Christmas Box International, a non-profit organization based in Salt Lake City. She also worked for Primary Children’s Hospital as a Critical Care Technician.

In today's episode Keeley explains her unplanned career path to working in the non-profit realm and how volunteer and service oriented work has increased her sense of meaning and purpose in life.

Carmen currently works as an Assistant Director of Employer Engagement & Internship Development for the Career and Professional Development Center at the University of Utah. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Art Education and Art Technology and Master's Degree in Education Leadership and Policy, both from the U. During her Master’s Degree Carmen worked for the Dean of Students Office as a graduate assistant for student conduct and policy. From that experience she learned that she wanted to worked more closely with students which led to her interest in applying for a career coach position with the Career and Professional Development Center.  After a year and a half of career coaching she was promoted to her current position where she now builds partnerships with employers to generate meaningful student internship opportunities.
