AL and Tom are joined by Ryan and Rory Van Tuinten. Upon breezing through a local newspaper, Tom found an inspiring story about a fellow Vermonter who managed to kick heroin addiction with the help of Ayahuasca and his Brother Ryan.

Ryan used Ayahuasca which is a hallucinogen that is illegal in the US and UK, to help him with depression. Rory, his brother was suffering badly with his addiction to heroin and was on a very high dose (160mg!!) of methadone, which he labels as "liquid handcuffs". Ayahuasca was introduced to Rory as a way to try and wean himself of the methadone, which proved highly successful.
