Welcome back to the chateau for the twenty-second episode of USUK Chronicles - The Chronicles of Cup of Cheer.

This week we welcome three wonderful human beings into the chateau to talk all about the glorious spoof comedy movie 'Cup of Cheer' - back in November 2020 we spoke to Braden Barrie, who told us all about a movie he was working on. Well Jamie and Tom watched that movie and fell in love and has now become one of their favourite movies. So this week the boys have invited Writer & Director Jake Horowitz, Writer & Producer Andy Lewis and the man who did the score and soundtrack for the movie Braden Barrie onto the show to talk all about the film.

When we look at culture I think it is safe to safe that it is wise to look to the future, what's coming next and who is going to become the next big creators of movies and TV? AL & Tom speak to future stars of the movie world Alek Yousefi (16) and Luke Allen (17).

Having met in school, these two have worked together on a school project short that caused a spark. Since then there has been a steady progression in the scale of the projects that have been produced. Now Alex and Luke find themselves with a brilliant, funny script for a modern surreal comedy, they opened up a crowd fund and absolutely smashed their goal, now they've put together a cast of famous people, off the telly! Their new film "Reduced To Clear" looks to be something special.

We discuss our influences growing up, the lessons learned from the "me too" movement and cancel culture and the importance of context.

For the 19th edition of USUK "NOT!" so Live, AL & David are joined by George Lugo from The Speakeasy Gentleman and don't worry Ryan, Bruno turns up eventually.
